Fredda Mail Centre Ltd. was
established in 1983 as a highly specialised bulk-mail
lettershoping company. During
the past 23 years we have grown
in both size and capacity to
be recognised as the leader in our
field.
In 1989, we purchased our
own premises in Chaiwan and
have since consolidated our
entire operation within this
location. Consolidation of
all operations, like warehousing,
shipping and administration, at a
single location to maximises
efficiency.
We are able to fulfill a capacity of over 150,000
pieces of mail per day. We also
maintain tight controls in order to handle highly
confidential and complex mailings.
For example, name matching for monthly statements
is a complicated procedure
that requires a reasonable level of English
proficiency. Because these mailings cannot
contain any mistakes, a zero defective rate
is a must. Our experienced staff can easily
handle these more complicated mailings to achieve
the required accuracy rate.
As a provider of labour-intensive mailing services,
we have a work force of sixty full time employees.
They are divided into two teams. One team is
designed for outside mailing jobs, while the
other is stationed at our main workshop. All
of our processing is kept in-house but still
we can easily handle quantities of over one
million pieces of mail in less than ten days.
